Welcome to our website for the Kings and Carmel Courts Improvement Programme. Here you can find more information on our plans to deliver 27 new homes across the estate. Alongside this development, we want to make significant improvements to the estate. We know parts of the estate, including pathways and derelict garages, desperately need to be improved so residents’ quality of living can be better.
To ensure we protect leaseholders from paying for these improvements, we will fund our programme through building new homes, including where the derelict garages are located. We have started a Resident Feedback Forum to work closely with you on this, open only for residents of the estate. Through this forum, we want to hear about how we can improve the estate and outdoor space around Kings and Carmel Courts.
We will hold three meetings to discuss your ideas and feedback on our designs, and the final submitted plans. You will be able to meet the project team, ask any questions and provide in-depth feedback.
